A hearing is scheduled today on an omnibus pretrial motion filed by the attorney for a Marion Center man who’s charged with possession with intent to deliver drugs.
24-year-old Flint Nemo Kinter was arrested last March after he was pulled over at Route 119 and Chambersville Road in Rayne Township for having tinted windows. He consented to a search of his vehicle and police found cocaine, THC wax, marijuana, two tabs of paper LSD, and MDMA. That’s a synthetic hallucinogen which is often found in “ecstasy” and other drugs. Police also seized $1,894 cash.
Kinter allegedly told state troopers that he buys the drugs in Pittsburgh and sells them in Indiana County, and was going to sell the stash he had with him during the IUPattys event.
Kinter was in Indiana County’s ARD program for a police pursuit in April in which he faced twenty traffic charges, including recklessly endangering and fleeing or attempting to elude police. His ARD was revoked last month. His motions hearing is scheduled for 8:30 AM before Judge William Martin.
