Saturday will be a big basketball day for IUP fans at the KCAC.
In addition to a PSAC West doubleheader against rival Slippery Rock, it will be a ‘White Out.’ The first 1,000 IUP students will receive a tee-shirt. It will also be ‘ALUMNI NIGHT.’ A men’s alumni game will be staged at 1 o”clock. Three of the greatest men’s teams in IUP history will be recognized. The 1969-70 team (50 years), the 94-95 team (25 years) and the 2009-10 team (10 years).
Many of the former women’s and men’s players will be in attendance. At 5:30, the 20-1 IUP women take on Slippery Rock followed by the 18-2 men’s game.
