UPDATE: 28-year-old Zackary Snyder of Big Run, Jefferson County, was placed on probation for two years for a guilty plea to corruption of minors.
42-year-old Evan Leslie Martz of Saltsburg was sentenced in two cases. For a case of criminal mischief, he was ordered to serve between 30 days and a year in the Indiana County Jail and one year of probation. For the retail theft case, he was ordered to the Indiana County Jail for the same time frame, but will also serve three years of probation. Judge Michael Clark ordered the sentences to run concurrently.
34-year-old Justin Stewart of Creekside was ordered to spend 90 days in Indiana County Jail for a count of defiant trespass, and a year of probation for the driving while suspended charge. Those charges will run consecutively.
WHAT WE PREVIOUSLY REPORTED
In Indiana County Court today, three defendants are scheduled for sentencing.
They include 28-year-old Zackary Snyder of Big Run, Jefferson County who pleaded guilty to corruption of minors, a charge reduced from felony grade to misdemeanor. Additional felony charges of statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, and unlawful contact with a minor for sexual offenses, along with a misdemeanor charge of indecent assault of a person less than sixteen years of age will not be prosecuted.

34-year-old Justine Stewart of Creekside will be sentenced for defiant trespass and driving while suspended.
