Indiana Borough Police have filed charges against an Indiana Man in connection with a robbery at a local fast food restaurant.
The robbery happened the morning of August 13th at the Taco Bell on Oakland Avenue when someone threatened some employees with a handgun and demanded cash. After a nearly six month investigation, police have charged 25-year-old Marquice B. Mann of Indiana with robbery, theft, receiving stolen property, reckless endangerment and terroristic threats.
Mann has a history in the Indiana County courts. He is awaiting sentencing in a case from February 11th of last year where he pleaded guilty to defiant trespass and possession of a small amount of marijuana. A sentencing hearing is set for March. He also pleaded guilty to a four counts of criminal trespass for an incident on September 7th of 2014. Probation revocation hearings are set for March as well. He also has a case active in the court system concerning a charge of criminal trespass that dates to September 14th of last year.
