Clymer Borough Police were summoned yesterday afternoon to a disturbance in the 400 block of Hancock Street and ended up charging a Cherry Tree man for his involvement.
25-year-old Brandon Patterson is charged with felony endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of misdemeanor simple assault and a single count of misdemeanor recklessly endangering, two summary counts of harassment and summary disorderly conduct.
Police say the victims were a 20-year-old Clymer woman and a one-month-old infant. Patterson was arraigned before District Judge Christopher Welch and placed in the Indiana County Jail, with bond set at $2,500 and a preliminary hearing set for next Monday.
