It will be a very active day in Indiana County Court today, with jury trials scheduled for multiple defendants. They include:
- 34-year-old Mark Bower of Kittanning, for possession with intent to deliver and other drug offenses. He pleaded guilty last year but withdrew the plea and opted for a trial.
- 40-year-old Nora Adame of Scranton, for two counts of receiving stolen property.
- 33-year-old Joseph Daniel Hill of Indiana, who is charged with unauthorized access of a device, theft, and receiving stolen property in one case; with possession of drug paraphernalia, retail theft, and reckless endangerment in another; and with theft by deception and retail theft in a third case.
- 45-year-old Brian James Barr of Commodores, who is charged with a variety of offenses in five separate cases. Charges in the five cases include three counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, two counts of theft from a vehicle, and single counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, criminal trespass, defiant trespass, flight to avoid apprehension, disorderly conduct, loitering and prowling, and possession of marijuana.
- 34-year-old Matthew Brian Pacconi of Indiana, who previously pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver but withdrew the plea and will face trial for that charge, conspiracy to the same offense, and possession of both a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
- 56-year-old Allison McCoy-Jones of Indiana, for criminal mischief (tampering with property).
- 69-year-old Rudolph Vrbanic of Creekside, for simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct.
- 50-year-old Antoinette Zack of Clymer, who is charged with six counts each of simple assault, terroristic threats, and recklessly endangering another person.
- 39-year-old Jesse Sul of Tyrone, who is charged with three counts each of endangering the welfare of children, reckless endangerment, and terroristic threats, along with prohibited possession of a firearm. Sul will have a Plea Court appearance that would nullify his jury trial.
- 20-year-old Fodie Camara of Indiana, who is charged with misdemeanor possession and resisting arrest.
