The state yesterday announced nearly one million dollars in grants to combat campus sexual assault at thirty-six colleges and universities, including IUP.
“It’s On Us PA” was established four years ago as the nation’s first statewide campaign aimed at stopping sexual assault on higher ed campuses. Colleges and universities use the grants to create programs and awareness campaigns.
Ten of the grants will go to State System schools. The dollar amounts for each of the schools getting grants were not announced.
