Former Pitt quarterback Kedon Slovis has announced that he will transfer to Brigham Young University, where he is expected to be the favorite for the starting quarterback nod. BYU will be joining the Big 12 conference next season. Slovis played one season at Pitt, completing 58.4 percent of his passes with 10 touchdowns and 9 interceptions.
Meanwhile, the Panthers have received a second verbal commitment for the Class of 2024. Ric’Darious Farmer, who goes by the nickname “DayDay”, is rated a four-star wide receiver by Rivals.com. He’s from Cocoa, Florida.
