UPDATE: Justin Urban was ordered to serve three months to a day less than two years in Indiana County Jail for his guilty plea on a charge of felony manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. He was also ordered to pay fines, court costs and restitution.

In Indiana County Court today, one of the ten suspects rounded up in a December 2018 state police drug sweep will be sentenced today.
38-year-old Justin Urban of Saltsburg pleaded guilty last August to a single felony charge of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.
The year-long “Operation Grinch” investigation led to the arrests of suspects from Saltsburg, Blairsville, Indiana, Glen Campbell, New Alexandria, Greensburg, and one from Downsville, Louisiana, who was also listed as being from Lancaster County.
