Fire crews were called out early in Saltsburg for a structure fire.
Crews from Saltsburg and Tunnelton fire departments along with Lifestat ambulance were called at 7:14 this morning for a fire at a structure at 108 Market Street. We have heard from scanner reports that fires in the basement and first floor of the structure were knocked down and cleared within 45 minutes after the crew’s arrival. The primary residents of the home are listed as Richard and Barbara Lasher and three others.
No word yet on the cause of the fire, how long crews will be there, if anyone was hurt or the extent of the damage.
