There’s a limited schedule today in Indiana County Court, with one defendant up for sentencing and Plea Court for two others.
52-year-old Charles Waddell Jr. of Armagh will be sentenced for a guilty plea to felony possession with intent to unlawfully manufacture. He was one of eleven suspects arrested in “Operation One-Pot” a targeted methamphetamine investigation last May.
The two Plea Court appearances before Judge Thomas Bianco are for defendants accused of driving under the influence.
24-year-old David Mikitko of Northern Cambria was pulled over by state police in May. He’s charged with DUI controlled substance.
52-year-old Joseph Hutchinson Jr. of New Florence was also pulled over in May, by Blairsville Borough Police. He’s charged with DUI highest rate of intoxication, .16 or higher.
