Another person on the State Police’s “Five Most Wanted” list has been apprehended.
State police announced that 35-year-old Daryl Lynn Higgins of McIntyre was apprehended by police on December 19th. He was on the “five most wanted” list for a strangulation case in McIntyre earlier this year.
Police say that he was taken into custody at a home in the county, and was lodged in Indiana County Jail to await an arraignment hearing. He was arraigned and placed in Indiana County Jail in lieu of $1000 bail. A preliminary hearing is set for January 8th at 9:00 AM in front of District Judge Jennifer Rega.
