The Pirates will add Oscar Marin as their new pitching coach, replacing Ray Searage.
Marin spent last year as the Rangers bullpen coach.
The Bucs also agreed to terms with catcher Luke Maile, a career .198 hitter who was with the Blue Jays last season.
