The Saltsburg Trojans boys’ basketball team has been busy and successful in the early going. Monday night the Trojans defeated St. Joseph’s Catholic Academy, 84-52, to improve to 3-0.
Michael Shirley led the team with 18 points and hit four 3-pointers. Tyler Roman scored 13 points and added three 3-pointers of his own.
The Trojans will play their fourth game in five days when they open their Heritage Conference schedule at Marion Center on Tuesday night.
