A proposed ordinance dealing with hunting on White Township properties is heading back for more revisions before it comes back before the supervisors.
Last night, the White Township Supervisors discussed the proposed ordinance that would put three restrictions in place for White Township recreational properties, which include no public hunting or trapping, no fireworks or rockets without approval from the township and no fires unless they are in fire pits or grills. But Township Manager Milt Lady said that there is a fourth point that supervisors wants to see added.
In other business, the supervisors opened bids for the arena renovation project, but because the bids need to be examined in depth, the names of the businesses that placed the winning bids will be released at the next meeting on December 18th.
