Lois Jean (Brilhart) Myers, age 91, of Indiana, passed away Friday, November 22, 2019 at Crystal Waters Personal Care Home, Home.
She was born in 1928 in Indiana to Leslie William and Laura (Wagner) Brilhart.
Jean was a member of the Homer City Presbyterian Church.
She enjoyed flower gardening, cooking, baking, camping, fishing, and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by one daughter and one son – Diane Rash and husband Michael, Harrisburg; Thomas G. and fiancé Kathy Johnson, Homer City; four grandchildren – Dayna King, Michael R. Rash, Douglas C. Myers, Derek T. Myers; two great grandchildren – Christopher and Caitlyn King; two sisters – Ann Kostella, Indiana; Sandy Shaffer and husband Jon, Brush Valley.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Thomas R. Myers in 2010, her son Dennis in 1959, her brothers – Ralph “Les,” Edward “Flop,” Lisle “Bud,” Russell “Butch,” and Ross Brilhart; her sisters – Lucille Zimmerman and Joan Boston.
A graveside service will be held at the Greenwood Cemetery at a later date. The Bowser-Minich Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
