Tristan Jarry made 32 saves and the Penguins scored three goals in the third period to shut out Winnipeg, 3-0, last night.
Jason Zucker opened the scoring with a brilliant one-timer early in the third period and the Pens added another goal after Sidney Crosby stole the puck from the Jets’ goaltender, Connor Hellebuyck in the corner and fed it to Bryan Rust for the easy score. Jake Guentzel added an empty net goal late in the period.
The Penguins skate against the Balckhawks in Chicago tonight (7 PM on 92.5 FM U92).
