After winning in the November General Election, Governor-elect Josh Shapiro and Lt. Governor-elect Austin Davis are already planning their transition to their new roles.
Shapiro said he and Davis are inviting residents across the commonwealth to apply for roles in their administration or the transition to it. Shapiro said he plans to announce a transition leaderboard sometime next week.
Shapiro adds that he plans to continue serving as Attorney General until he takes over as Governor. He discussed how he plans on doing that.
Shapiro and Davis will be sworn in during the middle of January.
