State police have charged a 39-year-old man from Washington, PA with violating a child custody agreement on November 9th. Police say that the man, an ex-husband of a 40-year-old Lucernemines woman, violated the agreement by relocating himself and his minor children without the consent of the ex-wife. The man admitted to relocating himself and the children, and a warrant is now out for his arrest. Police have not released the names of the two people involved.
State police have charged an Apollo man with trespassing after a hunting incident on the 9th. Troopers say William Land, a 31-year-old from Apollo, was found to be hunting on land he did not have permission to hunt on, and also illegally parked his truck on the property as well. The land belonged to 72-year-old Joseph Skursky of Shelocta.
