While some parts of Indiana County saw a dusting of snow over the weekend, the first significant snowfall is expected in the next two days.
Forecasters are predicting that snow will return to the area Tuesday night, but this will be a wet snowfall due to a cold front that is about to make its way through the area. Accuweather Meterorologist Joe Lundberg said that a low pressure area will come through the area late Tuesday night.
While a coating to an inch of snow is expected Tuesday night, a little bit of snow is expected Wednesday and close to another inch on Wednesday night.
