HOMER-CENTER ELIMINATED FROM STATE CLASS A VOLLEYBALL TOURNAMENT

The Homer-Center Wildcats dropped Saturday’s Class A quarterfinal match with District 10 champion Maplewood in three sets.  Maplewood won by scores of 25-15, 25-16, and 25-20.  They will play Oswayo Valley, a winner over Conemaugh Township, in the semis.  In the other half of the bracket, District 6 champion West Branch won in straight sets over Mt. Calvary Christian while Sacred Heart Academy won in four sets over Lititz Christian.
