The Pittsburgh Penguins will play the Edmonton Oilers this afternoon. The Pens are coming off a 7-1 victory over the Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday.
The Pens did get some good news as they activated forward Evgeni Malkin from the team’s injured reserve list. He had missed the last 11 games, last playing in the second game of the season when he was hit awkwardly into the boards in the game against Columbus.
