Broadcast on WCCS earlier today, the two candidates for Indiana County Sheriff met to debate the issues as the general election is less than a week away.
One of the issues that was brought up concerned one of the jobs of the sheriff’s department, serving warrants, and what has been done or what will be done to train deputies on this. Challenger Lou Sacco said that he wants to put a deputy out on a different shift to ease the workload.
Incumbent Sheriff Bob Fyock said that even he gets involved with serving warrants.
