In Indiana County Court today, a Blairsville woman will be sentenced for her guilty pleas in two methamphetamine cases. Both of the cases against 37-year-old Amy Hillegas are from last January, including one in which she and three other suspects were caught with a one-pot meth lab in the trunk of their car after police were summoned for a shoplifting incident. In one case, Hillegas pleaded guilty to possessing materials to manufacture a controlled substance and to possessing ephedrine. In the other, she admitted guilt to charges of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and to retail theft.
