White Township Supervisors got a look at the Knox Box that will be placed outside the township’s office and the S&T Bank arena.

The Knox Box is a system that will help firefighters gain easy access to the buildings in case of an emergency, according to Milt Lady.
Lady said that aside from the fire department, no one will be able to access the box, not even township officials.
In other business, the White Township Sewer Department reported that the contractor for the Fulton Run Sewage Treatement Plant project have been on hold as the township waits for tanks for the plant and for individual homeowner systems. The tanks are being manufactured by AC Miller and are expected to be ready by next week.
