State police are investigating a case of under-ringing at the White Township Wal-Mart on September 10th. Police say that an unknown person under-rang $105.11 worth of merchandise on that day. The suspect fled the scene in a Silver Hyundai Elantra.
State police are investigating a theft that happened back in August. Police say that on August 18th at 7:00 PM, someone got into the living room of a home on South 3rd Street in White Township and took $170 from a dresser drawer located in the living room.
Police have charged a Clarksburg woman with public drunkenness last night. State Police say that they were called out to an incident on Barkley Road in Conemaugh Township at 10:37 PM on Wednesday. While investigating the incident, they found 43-year-old Clarissa Sphon intoxicated to the point that she started screaming and being aggressive towards troopers. Police felt she was a danger to herself and others. She was taken to Indiana County Jail.
CLYMER BOROUGH POLICE
Police in Clymer reported a theft that happened on September 26th. Police say around 5:29 PM, they were called out to the Clymer Laundromat. Through their investigation, officers were able to return a stolen purse to the victim. Charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property were filed against Kristy McCracken of Clymer.
