The Indiana County Court of Common Pleas will hold some plea and sentencing hearings today.
One of the plea hearings is for a man from Home who was charged in connection with an incident in February of this year. 36-year-old Jacob Matthew Weber is charged with multiple misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of children, possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana along with single counts of misdemeanor simple assault, reckless endangerment and summary counts of harassment and disorderly conduct. Weber is scheduled to go before District Judge Gina Force this morning.
Also entering pleas today is a Johnstown Man charged with terroristic threats and harassment, both misdemeanors. Court documents show 37-year-old Roy Paul Hillegass of Johnstown was charged in connection with an incident on December 2nd of last year.
One sentencing hearing will be held today for a 61-year-old man charged with DUI-related crimes. Earlier this year, Paul Raymond Good of Blairsville entered guilty pleas to charges of DUI and a second offense of being over the legal limit for intoxication. This marks the fourth attempt at a sentencing hearing this year.
