A man who was found guilty last week in one of two cases of methamphetamine production will either face sentencing today or have his guilty plea revoked in a separate case of meth production.
Chad Dean Cahill of Armagh returns to Indiana County Court today for a case that goes back to January 26th, where he was one of four people arrested at the Burrell Township Walmart. State police showed up for a reported retail theft, and found two one-pot meth labs. He had pleaded guilty to one count of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture on June 7th, but today, he wishes to withdraw that plea.
Last Thursday, Cahill was found guilty of seven offenses in connection with another meth bust last January in West Wheatfield Township. Cahill will be sentenced on December 7th in that case.
Speaking of sentencing, Jamie Lee Barnhart is scheduled for a sentencing hearing today at 8:30 this morning. He was found guilty of theft and receiving stolen property for an incident in December of 2018.
