A Clymer man now faces charges of assault in connection with an incident last Saturday in Cherryhill Township.
State police say that on September 21st, 41-year-old Brian Thacker of Clymer was involved in an argument with a 41-year-old woman from Clymer and a 45-year-old man from Penn Run, when he punched and broke the windshield of a car being driven by one of the victims. Thacker proceeded to the home of the other two on Mountain View Road where the argument continued and the argument turned physical as Thacker punched one of the victim’s in the face.
A warrant for his arrest was obtained through district judge Susanne Steffee. His case is listed as “inactive” right now as he has yet to be found. He also faces one count of public drunkenness in another case.
