INDIANA BOROUGH POLICE
Indiana Borough Police have charged a Graceton man with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. Police say at 12:36 AM Thursday they found 27-year-old Zachary Davis in the 400 block of Chestnut Street and he was involved in a physical altercation with another man. Davis was placed under arrest.
Another public drunkenness incident was reported a few hours later that same morning, involving a Reynoldsville man. Indiana Borough Police say at 5:05 AM, they were called out to the 600 block of Church Street for reports of an intoxicated man, who was later identified as 22-year-old Brycen Skarbek of Reynoldsville.
Indiana Borough Police have charged a Pittsburgh man with violating the noise ordinance. The non-traffic citation was filed on Friday morning charging 19-year-old Adarius V. Williams of Pittsburgh with violating the noise code after he hosted a loud gathering at his residence in the 500 block of South 7th Street.

At least one person was injured in a hit-and-run crash that happened on September 9th in South Mahoning Township. State police say the crash was on Route 85 in Plumville borough. Patrick Knox of Mars was driving West on Route 85, and in front of him was 60-year-old Edward Fairman of Creekside. Fairman tried to go through a left turn onto oak street when Knox’s vehicle went over the double-yellow line and hit the driver’s side of Fairman’s vehicle, causing his to spin out. Knox left the scene after that. It’s not known if Knox was injured, and Fairman had a possible injury but he refused treatment.
