An Indiana woman has been charged with making false reports to law enforcement and disorderly conduct in a case that originated in May.
Indiana Borough police say 22-year-old Marissa Weaver was involved in an incident in the 500 block of Gompers Avenue and contacted police telling them she had been assaulted. Police contend that she lied to them, and that she was the one who actually assaulted a male victim.
Weaver was charged via criminal complaint.
