PennDOT says traffic pattern changes scheduled to take place this week in the Route 22 Blairsville Truss Project construction zone have been rescheduled, though the new date for the changes has not been announced.
The agency says the Route 217 on-ramp to Route 22 westbound will remain closed for the rest of the summer, and drivers should expect congestion and delays during heavy traffic periods.
The $4.65 million rehabilitation project on the bridge over the Conemaugh River, Norfolk Southern railroad tracks, and Route 217 is still expected to be completed before the end of September.
