ASSAULT
Three people were charged for assault after an incident in Indiana Borough Saturday morning.
Indiana Borough Police officers were dispatched to the IUP Police barracks to investigate an assault that occurred in the 200 block of West Avenue around 1 a.m. on Saturday. An investigation found 19-year-olds Samiyah Patterson and Tahmarion Gray, along with 18-year-old Madison Coniglio, responsible for the incident.
All three were charged with Simple Assault, Harassment and Disorderly Conduct through Magisterial Judge Guy Haberl’s office.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
An Indiana woman was arrested for disorderly conduct following an incident Sunday morning.
Indiana Borough Police were dispatched to the area near 300 Elm Street in Indiana Borough around 12:08 a.m. on Sunday for report of a female openly lewd in the area. Upon further investigation, 20-year-old Chloe Sossong of Indiana was found to be responsible for the incident.
Sossong was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Underage Drinking through Judge Haberl’s office.
PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS
Indiana Borough Police charged a Berlin man for alcohol-related crimes after an incident last night.
Officers responded to the 100 block of South 6th Street shortly before midnight for reports of an intoxicated man lying in the roadway. The man was later identified as 27-year-old Alexander Morgan.
He was cited for Public Drunkenness through Judge Haberl’s office.
