There are a number of theft reports from state police today:
- Someone stole a “Big Ten Buck” 3-D archery target from the Saltsburg Sportsmens Club. The theft was discovered last Monday. The target is valued at $600, and is owned by Gerald Bucco of Clarksburg.
- A 2003 Cannondale Jekyll 1000 mountain bike was stolen from a home along East Pike in White Township yesterday afternoon. Police say the bicycle is blue, and it has a yellow shock cover. It’s valued at $325. The owner is Michael Rifendifer of Indiana.
- 23-year-old Leah Hysong of Saltsburg was cited for retail theft on August 30th. She’s accused of shoplifting a drink and a hair product from the Dollar General store in Conemaugh Township.
- A homeowner along Sharp Rock Drive in Armstrong Township reported to state police that someone tried unsuccessfully to break into his home on August 19th.
