The IUP football team received some votes, but not enough to crack the AFCA Division Two Coaches Top 25 Poll.
The Crimson Hawks checked in at No. 27. Slippery Rock is number 10 and West Chester at No. 22.
The Crimson Hawks return 17 starters from last year’s 8-3 team that finished in a second-place tie in the PSAC West.
The season opens on Saturday, September 7th, playing host to New Haven.
