Four people have been charged in connection with the beating of a handicapped individual on the Hoodlebug Trail that was captured on video and posted on social media.
Court documents report that 18-year-old Cory Blystone of Sagamore, 19-year-old Jordan Kinney of Indiana and 20-year-old Dakota Patterson, both of Indiana and 19-year-old Katelyn Lemley of Homer City are charged in connection with the beating that police say happened August 20th on a part of the Hoodlebug Trail in the Homer City area that hurt 25-year-old Cody Overdorff of Homer City. The four suspects each face charges of Misdemeanor stalking, false imprisonment, Disorderly conduct-engaging in fighting and simple assault along with a summary charge of harassment connected with the beating.
All four are now in police custody and are in Indiana County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail each.
