ESTEE LAUDER CIO HOLDS TECH DAY FOR PINK EVENT AT TEC CENTER

The TEC center in the Atrium hosted an event earlier today that was meant to raise awareness to breast cancer.

Today is the “Tech Day for Pink” and as part of that, the TEC center hosted a video conference with the CIO of Estee Lauder and Tech Day for Pink founder Michael W. Smith.  On this day, technologists and IT professionals will be posting pictures of themselves wearing pink or a pink ribbon on social media to raise awareness to breast cancer and breast cancer research.

Michael Sheesley organized the Indiana teleconference with Smith 3and he talked about the importance of the issue to him.
