Pamela Ann Peace, 61, of Avonmore, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2019, at her home.
A daughter of David K. and Irene J. Modrey Oswalt, she was born May 12, 1958, in Indiana.
Mrs. Peace was a graduate of Apollo Ridge High School. She was a homemaker. Pam enjoyed country western music and camping with her late husband.
She is survived by her mother, Irene J. Modrey Oswalt, of Indiana; two step children: Margaret Peternay and husband Thomas, of Shelocta; and John Peace, of Avonmore; four brothers: Charles Keith “Bud” Oswalt and wife Sandy, of Indiana; David Allen Oswalt and wife Linda, of Indiana; Robert Brian Oswalt, of Indiana; and Mark Kevin Oswalt and wife Susan, of Indiana; three sisters: Nancy Evanick, of Indiana; Ginger Shelby Kniper and husband Randy, of Lower Burrell; and Kimberly Ann Hepler, of Vandergrift; five step grandchildren: Steve, Scott, Bobby, Chad and Stacy; numerous step great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Earl Peace; her father, David K. Oswalt; and a sister, Shirley Jean Perry.
Friends and family will be received from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at Robinson-Lytle, Inc. A funeral service will begin immediately following the visitation, with Pastor Dick Motzing officiating. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery.
