Tuesday was another busy day for first responders in Indiana County.
In addition to the crash in Cherryhill Township yesterday at 4:25 a.m., Armagh/East Wheatfield fire crews were called for traffic control around 10 a.m. along Route 403 South in East Wheatfield Township.
Clyde Fire Department was dispatched to Climax Road in West Wheatfield Township around 6:17 p.m. for a possible grease fire. Armagh/East Wheatfield crews responded an hour later to reports of utility lines down along Route 711 in East Wheatfield Township.
Indiana Fire Association then responded to two calls to round out the day. The first was for a vehicle accident along Route 286 South in White Township around 9:37 p.m. No information is available on the crash.
Then, Indiana crews responded to a gas leak along South 5th Street in Indiana Borough less than 20 minutes later.
