High School Football kicks off on Friday night, but the high school sports season has already begun.
Our first score of the school year is in girls’ golf, as Indiana won its first match of the year over Freeport yesterday. The Indians won by a combined 46 strokes as Sydney Brice shot a career low match score of 42 on the par 37 nine-hole Buffalo Golf Course. Jenny Todd and Sara Kane each shot 49, Ally Conrad a 55, and Sarah Denver shot 61.
Indiana will open WPIAL Section three play tomorrow at Norwin at the Victory Hill golf Course.
