The Marion Center School Board met last night and voted to approve a resolution for the sublease of ICTC site property to the Indiana County Conservation District and Westmoreland County Community College.
According to ICCD Chairman Jason McGinnis, last night’s vote puts the conservation district one step closer to building their permanent facility. The ICCD relocated to a temporary office on North Fourth Street at the beginning of the year.
McGinnis says the project is being funded by a $750,000 grant through the Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP).
