PURCHASE LINE SCHOOL BOARD TAKES FIRST LOOK AT REVISED FREEDOM OF SPEECH IN NON-SCHOOL SETTINGS POLICY

On Monday night, the Purchase Line School Board took a first look at the revised Freedom of Speech in Non-School Settings Policy.

Superintendent Shawn Ford said that they are acting on the PSBA recommendation to standardize the policies among staff and administration concerning what is said in non-school settings.

This is only the first reading of the policy.  The policy will be up for adoption next meeting.

In other business, the board approved a contract with Tri-County Transportation for six years starting July 1st, 2024.
