Donald J. Mann, Jr., 64 of Blairsville passed away Thursday, August 8, 2019 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.
He was born September 9, 1954 in Altoona, PA, the son of the late Donald J. Mann, Sr. and Beatrice (Orr) Mann.
Donald worked for FMC/Syntron. He loved spending time with his family and working with his hands. He was a “Mr. Fix-It.” Donald was also a former scout leader and enjoyed hunting. He was a graduate of Altoona Area School District and was a Penn State graduate.
Donald is survived by his wife of 42 years, Faith (Lockard) Mann, Blairsville, PA; son, DJ Mann, Blairsville, PA; daughter, Alice M. (Mann) Gray and husband Brian, West Deer Township, PA; sister, Sharon Anderson and husband Jerry, Port Matilda, PA; sister, Sylvia Miller and husband Norm, Shippensburg, PA; uncle, Sam Orr, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
In keeping with Don’s wishes, there will be no viewing. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM, the time of the memorial service, at the James F. Ferguson Funeral Home, Inc. , Blairsville, PA on Saturday, August 17, 2019. Pastor Dave Ryan will officiate.
