No one was injured in a motor vehicle accident this morning in Brush Valley Township.
Brush Valley Fire Department was dispatched around 10:05 a.m. to Route 56 East for a reported accident, along with Citizens Ambulance and state police. Chief Dick Altemus said no one was injured and crews got the area cleared quickly.
A second accident was reported around 3:05 this afternoon. It sent fire crews from Marion Center and Plumville, along with Citizens Ambulance and state police, to Morrow Road in South Mahoning Township.
No word is available on possible injuries.
One other call was made to Indiana County 911 today. That was for an unknown substance spill along Route 156 in Armstrong Township. Elderton Fire Department was dispatched for that call.
