In Indiana County Court today, jury selection for SCI Pine Grove inmate Rysahwn Crawford, a Philadelphia man serving five to ten years for robbery. He’s charged with aggravated harassment by a prisoner, a felony offense. The trial will be presided over by President Judge William Martin.
Judge Martin will also preside over a Plea Court appearance by SCI Pine Grove inmate Joshua David Miller, who is from Bedford County. He’s also charged with aggravated harassment by a prisoner. He’s serving time for tampering with or fabricating evidence in a 2017 drug case.
38-year-old Marques McCoy of Indiana will be sentenced for a guilty plea for possession with intent to deliver.
34-year-old Alysha Rand of Blairsville will be sentenced for a guilty plea to receiving stolen property.
