Indiana Borough Police have charged a Homer City man with possessing heroin and drug paraphernalia.
42-year-old Ted Rohrabaugh had the materials in the 400 block of North 4th Street on June 28th. He’s charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia.
Rohrabaugh was also arrested on July 1st after state police went to his home along Pine Valley Road in Brush Valley Township and found 25 mature marijuana plants and items related to the manufacture of methamphetamine.
In that criminal case, he will have a preliminary hearing September 24th on felony charges of possessing a precursor substance with intent to unlawfully manufacture, possession with intent to deliver, operating a methamphetamine lab, storing chemical waste, and risking a catastrophe. In addition, he faces misdemeanor counts of possessing ephedrine, possessing both a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, recklessly endangering, and receiving stolen property. He’s been held at the Indiana County Jail since that time, with bond set at $150,000.
