One person was life-flighted to the hospital after a motorcycle crash this morning in South Mahoning Township.
Indiana County 911 reported that Plumville Fire Department, along with State Police and Citizen’s Ambulance Service were called out at 10:18 this morning to Route 954 North, just north of Mahoning Road. Augie Santini of the Plumville Fire Department said that’s where the victim went off the road in the middle of the curve and the motorcycle lost control as soon as it hit the grass. The bike stopped when it hit a fence.
The victim suffered injuries to his head and leg, and was airlifted to Forbes Regional Medical Center in Monroeville for treatment of injuries.
