Indiana County’s judges handed down sentences on a number of defendants yesterday.
Judge Michael Clark sentenced 27-year-old Allan Mahan of Anita, Jefferson County to three to twelve months in the Indiana County Jail, plus fines and two years of probation for felony corruption of minors.
Judge Clark also sentenced 39-year-old Timothy Froum of Cherry Tree to two to six months in jail for indirect criminal contempt.
President Judge William Martin re-sentenced 36-year-old Keon Clark, an SCI Pine Grove inmate from Indiana already serving time for three drug cases. Clark was ordered to serve one day to five years for delivery of drugs.
Judge Thomas Bianco sentenced ten defendants for driving under the influence and related offenses. The penalties included jail time for some, house arrest, fines, and probation. The defendants include 32-year-old Douglas Bressler of Indiana; 29-year-old Jonathan Malloy of Monroe, Louisiana; 22-year-old Bradley Penrose of Clarksburg; 31-year-old Brittany Shields of Indiana; 60-year-old Raymond Parks of Marion Center; 60-year-old Jeffrey Mitchell of Penn Run; 41-year-old Pat Williams of Los Fresnos, Texas; 26-year-old Andy Miller of Butler; 52-year-old David Day of Altoona; and 25-year-old Jessica Champ of Indiana.
