The latest version of the Five Most Wanted list from Indiana-based state police includes 26-year-old David Lee McGinnis, the Bolivar man who is wanted for a shooting Monday morning at the Days Inn in Burrell Township.
Police are still searching for McGinnis and another man who fled the hotel after the shooting. The other man has not been publicly identified. McGinnis reportedly fired one shot from a 9-millimeter handgun during an altercation inside a rented room, with the shell becoming lodged in a wall. A woman at the scene was taken into custody for drug possession.
McGinnis is white, 5-feet-7 and about 180 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. He is one of two Bolivar men on the Five Most Wanted poster. The other is 32-year-old Patrick Wayne Palmer, who is wanted for a felony retail theft this year in Indiana.
Others on the list are:
- 27-year-old Eric Vaughn Young Jr. of Pittsburgh, who is wanted for a 2017 felony charge of conspiracy to possession with intent to deliver in Indiana.
- 22-year-old Andrew Jonathan Kabangai of Philadelphia, who is charged with felony burglary in Indiana last year.
- 46-year-old Dakar Allen Jones of Monroeville, wanted for a vehicle theft at the Eat-n-Park restaurant last summer in White Township.
