At Tuesday’s meeting, the White Township Planning Commission approved a final site plan for a Verizon Cell Tower.
The cell tower will be located at 100 School Street. One of the main concerns was how safe things could be if the tower were to fall. Township Manager Chris Anderson said that Verizon did extra work to make sure things would be safe.
The commission was also given an update on the status of the Panera Bread construction. Anderson said that Panera submitted a building permit application and it has been given preliminary approval through a building code official, but they still need contractor and insurance information before the permit is issued outright.
